This 'painted lady' has just been renovated and modernized for our guests enjoyment and convenience...but don't worry - we kept the 1890's charm. Why do we say 'painted lady'...Not only is Maison Perrier's facade painted in rich greens, white, purples and gold...but our lady has a past. It is rumored that at the turn of the century, a Mrs. Charlotte Moore ran a 'gentlemen's club' at our location. It is said that Mrs. Moore lived with 6 nieces, and entertained lavishly to all hours of the morning. Yes, our lady has a past...we will tell you the stories when you get here and stay in one of Mrs. Moore's 'nieces' rooms.
